newbie noob questions about agents

hey guys, are the agents good in english or mandarin, cause im not good in cantonese, can i just speak english when i talk to them...

Mandarin is usually ok.  English is hit and miss. Some do, some don't.  Some just blantantly hang up on you. Trial and error bro !!
