Hi,
I am going to HK for 3 days next week and would like to find a tour guide and help me walk around in HK.  She can speak English or Mandarin.  Where do I start to search? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciate.

my hunch is you'll have more luck on craigslist than with a WG.  Unless you're willing to drop a load of cash ...

WGs will probably be very difficult as those from China don't know there way around and even if they did, they are prisoners rooms serving customers.  

The personal pages in HK Craigslist are really quiet and you won't get many reliable responses.

I agree. But also WG sometimes take a leave a few days.
My favorites call me sometimes and ask if we can go someplace.  

CoCo in KT ( not 141 or 161 ) called me one day and ask if I wanted to follow her to Shenzhen.

HK - yes. Down to the dirtiest and most dodgy joints.
But I get lost in Disneyland....I can;t keep track with minnie mouse and cindrella....

Macau - yes...easy as ABC.

China - > 30 Joints in my list....whatever you want.
