When do edits get reverted?

Hi,

  To help make my report ( http://forum.sex141.com/eforum/v ... &extra=page%3D1 ) searchable, I edited the title along with strange characters and other things. Somehow someone reverted all those changes. No comment was made and no P.M. was sent.

  I think it would be nice to know what one should avoid in an edit so that no one reverts it.

  What are the recommendations here? Does any one know why my original edit was reverted?

Oops... I thought you changed it back purposefully.

I've never had that happen before. I'd suggest just fixing it again. Maybe it was a glitch of some sort.
