I'm going to go there with my friend sometime this year and if any brother can give out any websites or indeed experiences with this delightful city then that would be fantastic

I went about 10 years ago and loved it.  Dutch are very cool people and the women are f'n georgeous.  Red light district is cool to see especially when you are tripping.    Actually, the whole place is a trip and almost anything you could want is available.  Red light is a little conspicuous though.  Lots of tourists walking around and you pretty much have to walk in the gals front door while a lot of people are gawking.  She then pulls the curtain and you go at it.  There are other places but thats all I attempted.   

The smoke is strong and cheap.  Buy small quantities at a time.  There is no rush to stock up.  Dont be a idiot like me and go crazy like a kid in a candy store the first day.  I bought a bunch of the best they had and wound up having to leave most of it behind because we just could not smoke it all    Heineken is incredible there but food is not so great.

I was high most of the time I was there and to be honest kind of regret it now because it limited me from doing stuff.  I wanted to take a trip out to see the Tulips in Kukenhoff and delft blue factory but overslept and missed both tours because I was hung over from partying.

I was there last year, hadn't been back since 2001.  Still the same, and all is available -- if you think 141 girls get a worksout, it's probably nothing compared to the practitioners in the RLD.  I prefer Prague though ... the Amsterdam of the East.

you have walkups in Amsterdam, Den Haag and Utrecht. The last area is actually on canal boots.

agree on the prague comment - stunning girls. I had been to this place the name of which I cant remember right now as it was ages ago - it was part of the same company that run Big sister. Was the most expensive in Prague when I had been but you get what you pay for - very high tech as you get an electronic tag when you go in and then everything is charged to your tag and then you pay at the end.

I've heard the RLD in Amesterdam e.g. the window girls tends to very mechanical and they want you in and out in 20 mins.

BTW - after you chose the girl from the computer they come sit next to you to chat - if you dont like her you can always switch and the lady in charge there gives you an idea of what to expect. The girl I chose was stunning looking but a bit uninterested at first and I was there on at a busy time and all the nice rooms were taken as was given a tiny loft type room (my head hit the roof over the bed and I'm only 5'10") where the AC was not working so by the end of the session was sweating badly. But all in all it was very professional and you dont get ripped off like other places in Prague.

If you dont mind about privacy I've heard big sister is good but you are broadcast on the internet but because of that I think its very cheap if not free.

50 euro is standard. But with the current economic situation, you can get a bette price

im from amsterdam, you cant really bargain the price.. or the WG must be real desperate (as in ugly) even ugly WG sometimes ask 50 euro
you can get a better price in other cities, like Alkmaar there is a small red light scene  there you can get a good WG for 35 euro with better service than the WG  in Amsterdam, cause in Amsterdam most of the WG focus at Tourist thats why they give crappy service, but there is a lot of choice in Amsterdam its a must visit!

I enjoyed Amsterdam in the past, it is a very interesting city (especially when traveling on business for a convention / conference and get VIP'ed into things).  The clubs are nice, the food is generally really good, and the people very friendly (and multilingual too!).

On the WG side of things, well, the windows are pretty obvious, simple, and prices don't vary much.  But it is production line work, 15 minutes segments means that some of these girls on busy days are doing 20 plus clients.  There isn't very much joy in the process for most of them.   They are all generally clean, inspected, sort of the "government workers" of sex.  About as much passion as a robot, most of the time.

There are tons of street walkers in Amsterdam as well, especially around the ends of the red light district where the cross over bridges are etc.  Also a fair number around Dam Square and on down towards the train station.  But most of them are African girls, many of them in the country illegal and being followed around by VERY large pimps.  Street meat is not recommended in Amsterdam.

There are also private clubs and whatnot, harder to find but some really wild parties, that is for sure.

I really like Amsterdam, but if you've been mongering in HK for a while you will find (especially the RLD) that they are older, more expensive for shorter time, less interested.

However the WG's I have been to in the RLD there are polite, helpful and friendly.  And if you are small to average size - forget it.  It's like chucking a log of wood into the grand canyon.  I would say this has more to do with the extensive action these girls see rather than anything else.

No you can't haggle, and 50 Euro's sure hurts when it's for only 15 mins.
