Victorion2019’s advice is good but just to add that I think a lot depends on what you feel comfortable with.
My personal rule is to assume that all WG’s pics are PS’d until I see them and there’s always the chance of a bait and switch (But the B&S is less of an issue with trustworthy agents). The benefit of walk-ups is you can try a few doors and get a true view of the girl before you walk in. As victorion2019 said, it’s fun too
A good way of getting a feel for which (hotel/ walk up) is for you would be to check out some reviews, see which way of doing things might work best for you and give it a go. The reviews are also a good way of identifying trustworthy agents/girls and which agents have girls which fit your requirements.
