Try ISG - google it - which should have a nice long forum for it. That site has international content dating back almost two decades.
Went to BA once several years ago. I visited one brothel located in a small apartment building. It had a small 5 person line-up. Picked a hot, milfy 30-something with a nice plastic rack and had FS on a massage table in a private room.
Another day I tried to visit another brothel in a slightly bigger apartment building. It had a huge atrium-style lobby on the first floor which made the walk in uncomfortable. As I was going up the stairs or had just gotten out of the elevator (forget exactly) I got accosted by a security guard or doorman who kept asking me what I was there for. I just speed walked back out of there lol.
Argentine has its own Spanish language sites where freelancers advertise. You'll probably meet them in their own apartments or get outcall. Didn't have a chance to try.
Streetwalking is common across Latin America. While I didn't try in BA, might be fun but mind your safety by checking on ISG and on the web generally first.
Wish I had the opportunity to go to BA again. Spending dollars should be great right now.
