I did a search and the last thread on this topic looks like it was from almost 10 years ago. So refreshing the subject and asking if anyone has experience with Priligy (or generic Dapoxetine) here?

It is basically a medication prescribed for premature ejaculation (orgasm too soon) and not for erectile dysfunction (unable to maintain an erection). There seems to be many anecdotal experiences on forums online of folks taking Priligy to "last longer". Wonder if anyone has tried it and can care to share some experience to see if it works or not.

Curious because it is clear that the meds like Viagra and Cialis are clearly being used for folks without true erectile dysfunction so that they can "get harder" or "feel harder". I wonder if Priligy works the same way. ie If you do not have premature ejaculation, does it make any difference? Last even longer? Any downsides? (Like unable to orgasm after a long time?)

Tried it before in Thailand.  I got the generic version and it just made me slightly light headed and less sensations on my whole body during sex.  Your dick is less sensitive too when thrusting so its a weird feeling for me.

I use dapoxetine from all day chemist.  I haven't had any major side effects. It definitely works. When I'm going to an AMP or something I don't bother, but if I want to last and get my money's worth from some overpriced poon or particularly hot kdoll I'll pop one about an hour before and can bang for quite a while. Second shot I can usually last way longer, they have to work for that second pop.

I agree about the loss of sensation, it's sort of a depressant so you just mellow out all over. If I know I'm going to need it I'll take a 25 Mg V at the same time to make sure I can get that second one.

I'm trying to get some paroxetine to play with. Supposed to work better, but you have to let it build up in your system. Not sure I'm OK with that, but would like to try.

How about the last long condoms? They also have a numbing effect and probably less intrusive than taking a pill

@clampbottom ... those last long condoms usually use a local topical anesthetic such as lidocaine. I've only tried it once (accidentally!) and it numbs the penis. Completely robs any joy from PIV so I personally dislike it. Same with the "delay" or "extend" sprays.
