Finally made it back to Thailand! This is my 2nd visit here, first was in February 2020, right as COVID was hitting. I was in Tokyo the on Monday and Tuesday nights, but didn’t do anything because I’ve been under the weather, and not sleeping well, which has led to some being both physically and mentally exhausted.
I pretty much knew that I wasn’t going to do anything on Wednesday night, but figured I would go check things out in case the excitement of it all jolted my body into being a willing participant. Spoiler alert, it did not. But I scoped things out and got a sense for the place for the rest of the week… and finally got a good nights sleep so I’ll begin the fun part of my trip tonight for sure.
I started around 9:30PM and made my way over to Soi 4 and Nana. I was going to first walk down Soi 4 and then check out Nana, but ended up starting, and ending, at Nana, with a quick walk on Soi 4 and visit to Hillary 2 in between.

Additionally, I started following some of the bars on Twitter wanted to see if I could find either of these chicks from Lollipop (especially the one of the right) - SEE PIC BELOW.
So I was really excited to see things for myself.
I walked through Nana once. Then made my way down to Hillary 2, then back up the other side of road, then back in to Nana and was back in my room by 11:30, asleep by 11:31.
Lollipop
I started here to see if I could find either of the above the two girls, sadly neither of them were there from what I could tell and overall talent level wasn’t really to my liking. Oh well, plenty of other bars, and I’ll be back to check to see if I can find either of them later this week.
Rainbow 69
The first gogo bar girl to catch my attention was cute little chick dancing on stage at Rainbow 69. I just took a quick peek inside and we locked eyes immediately and she shot me a huge smile. I made a note of her number and left. I was a little worried that if I stayed that my little head would take over and I knew I was too tired to do anything. I then proceeded to check out some other bars, but I ended the night back here so I could talk to her for a few minutes and set something up for later this week. The bad part was that she didn’t speak a word of English. Anyway, this place is tiny and there were only a few customers in here either time I stopped in and there were 5 or 6 very nice looking petite girls. The talent level was actually pretty good.

Not sure what to say about this place that probably hasn’t been said a million times. I bar fined two girls from this place on my last trip and the talent level looks to still be really high. However, everyone knows how good this place is and it was PACKED as usual. I did end up seeing 1 girl on the stage by the bubble bath that was dancing and she was smiling at we had some good eye contact, but again, I left pretty quick. Interestingly, the same mamasan is still here and she stopped by the say hi, she recalled me but didn’t fully remember me. We chatted for a few minutes then I left. I’ll be back, for sure.
Butterflies
I’m just not sure about this place, tons of girls and the girl to guy ratio is very favorable here (40+ girls, less than 20 guys), I didn’t see one girl in the 5 minutes I was there that I would even consider.
I stopped into a few other places in Nana, a few girls here and there were nice, but ever minute that passed I was getting more and more tired. I was really working on less than 10 hours of sleep in the last 3 nights.
Hillary 2
I wanted to check out Hillary 2 really quickly, and sadly the places was empty. I decided to have a drink to see if could start to get a second wind and I saw one really hot girl, but she was with a guy and they literally left about 5 minutes after I arrived. I finished about half my drink and left.
I walked back up the other side the road, to see what the talent level was like with the freelancers, made my way back to Nana for a few minutes to chat with the chick from Rainbow 69 and then walked back to my hotel and crashed.
The good news is that I finally got a good nights sleep so I’ll really officially begin the fun part of my trip tonight!
I am going to try to make it over to Soi Cowboy on this trip, just to say I went. I’m also going to check out the beer garden on Soi 7… and might venture over to Patpong… we’ll see.
I’m around and going out the next 5 nights (Thursday - Monday, heading home Tuesday morning) so if anyone wants to meet up let me know!
