I often browse on the site without logging on .... am I missing out on points ... credits ...etc ? Also ... when I first started on the site I got a "bollocking " for posting in CAPITAL,s Apparently that is "shouting" can someone please explain the "ettiquette " of the site to me .... Don,t want to PISS OFF the regulars and get called a TROLL again ... !! Are there any guidelines from admin to help us "newbies" Any CONSTRUCTIVE advice would be much appreciated .... Thanks Chippy

Other points to note, which are usually considered good form: Reply 'thanks' to previous posters efforts, but only if you have something to add - just saying 'Thanks' while its nice to acknowledge the other posters efforts, makes for a lot of posts moving to the 'New' status, when the only thing new is the fact someone said thanks.... Follow the format specified elsewhere for reports as much as you can....detail is always appreciated :-) Offer advice to newbies as you get more familiar.... And my pet hate - dont go to Q&A and ask a question without first checking if its already been answered previously. The number of lame posts about 'How does this work? etc' is just annoying because most of the answers are already there. Above all....have fun!!!
