Hourly Hotel recommendations on West HK Island

Dear Fellow Punters,

Do you know of hourly hotels that are situated between Sheung Wan and Kennedy Town?
This area is more convenient than CWB or Wan Chai for a quick meet up
Thanks for your help, and take care!
Happy Punting!

I did book the Ibis hotel in Sheung Wan through day use and rate was $330 from 9am to 9pm so good value. The lifts can take you to direct floors past reception but you will have to pick up the bird from the lobby. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tip Rickymonkey626. I assume the booking process or reception required your ID?

@Hoverbee - I am one step ahead than the coffee meeting ;)

I have tried IBIS in Sheung Wan as well but since the fifth waive the price has been up by 100% or so
You also have to check in with an ID so just ask the girl to book and check in. The lifts are no longer going to the rooms directly instead you have to change lifts on the reception floor (5floor). If price is not through the roof IBIS is absolutely a bargain for a few hours fun!

Also tried Butterfly on Wellington same set up, can go to rooms directly with lift once checked in. There is now someone on the ground floor maybe checking ID or leave home safe app, not sure because haven’t tried for several months now.

I have used Mingle Place at Eden in Sheung Wan.  Pretty decent, but that was a few years ago.  If you only need the room for a couple of hours, try the funnow or dayuse websites or apps.  I have used both and they are cheap.

Dear fellow punters,

since the relaxing measures have changed the landscape of hotels in HK, does any of you have good tips for hourly hotel between Central and Kennedy Town?
Ideally, checking in without ID ;)

Happy punting!

I was looking for a hotel myself and went to IBIS and Butterfly on Wellington for information.

IBIS said they don't have rooms for a few hours.

Butterfly on Wellington has rooms for 628 HKD from 2PM until 8PM. Check-in (1/F) requires ID or passport. Haven't been to the room, yet.

Hope this helps.
