Google Translate will have to do the trick. I'm not yet that experienced, so if anyone else can add some thoughts/tactics that would be helpful. IMO fiwfans is a good first choice as it includes reviews/photos from contributors (some of the reviews are from the agents themselves, as you'd expect). Agents will respond to English-language comms, and you can book. But the technician at the hotel may not speak English. This is a Thai scene. However during the COVID times, providers who wouldn't otherwise be working hotels are picking up cash where they can. I've met women who worked overseas or worked Pattaya bars. Some speak excellent English, but linguistic skills are a bonus. For example: here's a screenshot of a fiwfans girl who says "Englishok"...she also says she will charge you 300 baht for exceeding 54mm in girth. The HG scene here is more adventurous than the shophouse massage scene, but sometimes also more rewarding. YMMV. Isn't it easier to just use the websites directly to search through the different girls and book? Why put it all into a chat app format?

I've had one from Insanity back in the day (super hot model type, 5K LT) and spoke to another in Oskar bar a couple of weeks ago, but didn't partake. TBH, plenty of hot, fair skinned girls in Thermae which could pass for any other East Asian ethnicity anyway, unless you actually want them for the language skills.
