Nowadays EE can be very hard for a newbie with a lot of scam and high price. I have romanian friends who told me better fuck romanians girls in the FKKs instead of come fuck them in Romania. Sure locals will get the best pussy for a cheap price, but we are not locals and not speak the lingo. Privat in Prague are not cheap anymore. Budapest have a lot of incall girls, but many of them dont speak english and want only Hungarian customers. Bulgaria and Poland are not the best places for our hobby.
