Earlier this week I met up with a lovely young thing taking her first tentative steps into being a sugar baby. The cost was high, given her youth, good looks and openly-stated need for funding. Still worth it, in my opinion. However, I don't know if it was her passive innocence, a condom-related droop, or just a bad day downstairs, but the flag was never flying much more than half-mast, and I seriously did not get my money's worth.

Agreed with twiceAweek, go see a medical professional. ED meds affects everyone somewhat differently. Also a medical professional will be better able to discern whats going on downs there.

ie: I didn't do well on Viagra but I do well on Cialis, so to each their own.

Agree; generally from what I understood, most men have slightly less side effects with Cialis; so personally I suggest you could start with that. Regarding Cialis, it comes in different doses (5mg, 10mg, 20mg).

Don't immediately go for 20mg; suggest you try 5mg first to see if it helps. (You can 'break' a 20mg pill in 4 pieces, if you can't find 5mg, using a knife or scissors)

The smaller the dose, the less likely for side effects. Side effects can include stuffy nose, mild headache. So if you find yourself with a raging hardon, but unable to breathe through your nose, that's common. Also it might make your tackle less sensitive & less likely to shoot your load fast. If the side effects are too bothersome, then try Viagra the next time.

The effects of Viagra lasts much shorter than Cialis; can't remember how much shorter; but for me Cialis works at least 24 hours.

As twiceAweek/Spitfire mentioned though; we're not medical professionals. If you have a heart condition, blood pressure condition, or any other health issue, you really should visit a doctor first. (But hey, I didn't either; I did the drunk monkey way and just experimented with them both. But the first time I tried it, I did use it with a regular WG who I trusted)

If this is the first time you are using Viagra/Ciallis/etc, you are going to love it.  When it kicks in, your dick will be hard, harder than you have experienced in a while.  Bigger!  Your sugar baby may even say thank you to Pfizer for making it!  Only other advice is to enjoy it.  Don't rush through the process.

Zebra, not everyone feels like you, and while I know you're just stating your opinion, it comes across as judging the OP. I think this forum is the wrong place for passing this type of judgement, especially considering the relatively recent poll, according to which over 35 percent of us are married and another 17 percent are in a committed relationship.

So I certainly wouldn't be telling a fellow member of this forum what he should or should not be doing regarding his relationship with his wife. I am also not going to tell you what you need to do, but if it was me, I'd apologize to the OP.

Back to the subject, I normally dont take it, cus I dont "need" it. But I do whenever we do those boys trips cus it always makes for great stories.  Never tried Cialis, but have taken Viagra multiple times. Since I've done much research before trying it my first time, I'll post some notes here to save you time.  Theres also many false thoughts about what it actually does..

I guess it affects different people differently.  Its SUPPOSED to only help you stay hard when you're aroused. It does not "make" you hard for no reason.  Nor does it make your dick numb, and does not make you "not cum" longer.  You'll still cum as normal.. but will stay hard if you're still aroused.  Theres many side effects (you can just google it), or some people might not feel any at all.  Personally the most I get is a stuffy nose, and a higher heart rate.  Some people get headaches, etc. If you get too many effects with Viagra, then you can try Cialis, or vice versa.  For whatever reason these brands affect different people differently.  

Do as Marcade suggested and break it up into halves or 4s.  If its your first time try a lower dosage (under 25mg).. if you feel its doing nothing for you you can try upping it.  Never take more than the recommended, you dont want to end up in the hospital with a heart attack or a 12 hr erection

You're suppose to take it around 30-60 min before you perform the deed, but its suppose to last up to a few hours depending on how much dosage you've taken.  Also you're not suppose to drink when taking it.  I'm not sure what the side effects would be, I just read that its not recommended.  And of course, if you have any health conditions, definitely check with your doctor first

Quick follow-up, gents. Ninety minutes before meeting my young lady one more time, I popped a 50mg V tablet that I'd procured easily and without prescription from a pharmacy in Kowloon, and I must say, it worked splendidly - and in my case with no side-effects. She received the rogering that her fee justified, and I can now see why these little blue pills could be so psychologically addictive. Thanks for all the feedback.
