For any Gaijin who visited Japan, you know how frustrating it is to get good intel on the Red light scene.  If with the intel, you may not be allowed in - blue balls anyone?  

Tokyo's legendary Soapland scene is an option for any outsider, but to be honest the average gaijin will either not be able to get into the best places, or he will get stuck with the lower quality talent.  Its been more miss than hit for me, actually now that i think of it, its been all miss, especially when you are paying maybe triple the price versus what you can get in the Macau sauna scene.

Ive become a lazy bastard as I age and no longer have energy to roam through the Roppongi party scene whenever I visit Tokyo so my quick fix is Hentai Tokyo.  Ive seen this site grow exponentially over the years and its quality in every way.

Here's how it works:
Website is self explanatory, but you can arrange for incall (at a love hotel in Shibuya or Shinjuku) or outcall in your hotel etc.  
Talent caters only to foreigners - quality is differentiated by class:  from New Girl to AV Star (yes they are real AV porn stars).
Pick the girl you want, arrange the time, and off you go.  

I have had many on this site.  Mai comes to mind on a few recent trips and I've always arrange for outcall at my hotel.

Very much agree with your sentiment on soaplands in Tokyo. i would say out of ~20 soapland adventures in Tokyo, about 5-7 were supbar. 5-7/20 is 20-35% and when you're shelling out 700-900/each session (i go for 90-120min) its a pricey gamble. But theres something pretty thrilling about the soapland hunt...

Paradise soapland is spin off of Hentai Tokyo - girls who work at Hentai have the option to move to a traditional soapland concept (vs escort) where Full Service is legal.  Also, some of the ladies have mentioned they move to a soapland because they want less exposure (ie do not want anyone they know personally see them) walking around Shibuya and Shinjuku love hotels during incall sessions
