First stop I would use LA Cafe on Del Pilar.  Every cabbie knows the place.  Girls there range in quality, best time to get there is 8pm on Friday or Saturday.  It’s open 24/7 but those days the semi pros(girls trying to save up for a phone or whatever) are working and they’re usually younger/better looking.  You’re looking at 1.5k pesos short time minimum but if you want a higher quality girl then at least 2-3k short time per girl.  Long time(until the morning) is usually less than double the short time.  There is an upstairs with a cover entrance of like 100 pesos, the best looking girls start there first and make their way downstairs if they don’t find anyone.  Be warned that Koreans have inflated the price of girls so if there are a lot of Koreans guys there girls may expect more.  Also the security in the front is very strict about checking ages of girls so you don’t have to worry about accidentally hiring a minor.  Simply walk up to the girl you like and make converstaion. Everyone in Manila knows what the la cafe is about so any girl in there is interested in a client or three for the night.  If you’re too shy then stare at the girl until she makes eye contact and then wave.  Another thing I’ve done is when an uglier girl approaches me I buy her a beer and ask her for her help getting a girl.  I describe my tastes and she helps broker a deal to help me not over pay.  As the night gets later girls are usually willing to drop down in price.

Next is cafe Havana in green belt.  This one is a bit trickier because there are also non freelancers.  The quality can be higher but you’ll have to pay more.  I would approach girls like you’re picking them up at a bar.  If they refute you then you know they aren’t working girls. If time is of the issue then gogo bars will be faster but more expensive.  EDSA complex in Pasay has some theme bars like bullets and arrows where the girls are dressed like cowboys and natives. Its a 3k barfine to take the girl home and then upto you to discuss with the girl how much for the short or long.  I’ve paid as low as 500 pesos to up to 2k, depends on how much the girl likes you. If a girl finishes with a client early they sometimes go to the places listed above for more cash.  Apeiro has some really hot girls and I did well there before but they charged me for the “show” (girls dancing) and I had to buy a drink for the girl and then they charged me for using my credit card.  They made clear the girl was paid for so after the 8k I paid I didn’t owe the girl anything, just tipped her for the cab.

Tinder works well too for escorts.  Basically the sluttiest looking ones are the escorts.  

Backpage has some nice listings but bait and switch happens.  I’ve messaged a few and asked for a photo but they’ve all refused.

Manilacourtesans.com has good reviews and doesn’t seem to bait and switch but personally I think paying 6k is too much, I could get three better looking girls at the LA Cafe.

Another option is going to a “casa”.  Ask the taxi driver and he’ll bring you to one, every single driver knows where the cases are.  Most casas are designed for local Filipinos so be prepared to visit more than one.

Lastly I would avoid street walkers.  They are rife with trannies and for some reason a lot of western guys can’t tell the difference.

if i can add a few things,

in case you're in makati, best you avoid the greenbelt starbucks area where there's a lot of freelancers.  honestly they're not worth it.  

if you're staying at the peninsula near there, around 11pm onwards you can check out a few freelancers that roam the lobby, but then again, i wasn't impressed.

if you have some budget and time to spare, i would suggest a japanese sitting lounge called primero, they have two locations.  there the girls are quite young (mainly uni students) and very beautiful on avg.  you can't do anything there since it's just a companion type of lounge, but managed to get phone numbers from the girls directly if there's enough chemistry and negotiate something outside.  they're mostly part time girls.
