Well I recently visited a WG (report will follow soon) and she gave me a good offer on 3P but I rejected, as I only wanted one.

1 WG = $300, 2 WG = 450 she said

I want to ask whether it is illegal for 3P with WG's?  and what will happen if I get busted?

Personally I think its illegal since its a 141?
But I see a few reports on 3P with WG's.

Please help, might try next time.. =)

I have had several encounters with WG and 3P. To my understanding it is not legal. Hard to get busted unless the area you are in gets raided. The chances of that happening are quite low. If it is worth it depends on you. Are you looking for a 3P? If so I would say go for it and give it a try. However I have found that the girls in the 3P do not actively interact with each other and found it to be like doing it with each girl one at a time while the other sits and watches you and just rubs your body while you are doing the other girl. Several of my experiences have been quite disappointing. However there have been a few times where I really had a lot of fun. Hope this helps.

I've asked a few WG about 3P and they all were scared of the idea since they could get busted and deported.  I think they would have to really trust you and the other girl.  I'm sure there's a lotof politics between WGs and they wouldn't trust each other too much.

However, if you could get 2 girls together, make sure they are good friends.  Otherwise as speedracer said, they won't interact well with each other which could kill the mood

I have managed this a couple of times but only with the Wan Chai WG's.

Both times the situation was like this:

Hang out with a girl, and have a few drinks, dances etc.  Build up a bit of chemistry and when you want to move on suggest she bring a friend.  

One time the girl refused but word 'went around' and I was able to find another girl who said her friend would join us. The risk is she has a face like a rusty bucket and it is harder to back down.  Luckily it wasn't the case.

The other time the girl said she would call her friend.  Seemed she had to make a few calls and it took probably 30 - 45 minutes but her friend did eventually show up.

Neither time were the girls too 'into' each other but a bit of fondling and cuddling.

Only time I have managed to get a WG to have a munch was when I was with an ex of mine some years ago and we found a girl who was happy to have a 3 some and it was made clear she had to be as in to the girl as the guy.  And she was.

As I've Opined (am NOT a Lawyer, but have read up on HK's prostitution laws as matter of obvious self-interest!) in my idle chat thread, prostitution per se in Hong Kong is NOT illegal - Any woman can do whatever she wants to do with her own body.

But operating a house of prostitution IS illegal and thus the reason why a lot of gals, especially the Walk up Gals will NOT do 3P's. You see, the term 141 or one room one phoenix arises from the legal requirement for a girl to work solely in her own INDIVIDUAL premises if she is going to prostitute herself. And if the police catches more than 1 girl in an individual premise with a customer, then the police will charge them with operating a house of prostitution, profiting from the proceeds of prostitution (Pimping - which is illegal) etc etc.

The same applies for HG's too - and thus, apart from a HG being possibly being charged for violating the term of her permissible stay in Hong Kong (she is NOT allowed to take up ANY employment whilst in Hong Kong - including working as a prostitute), she would also be charged the same as the WG above. BUT, since she (and the pimp) knows that she already is committing an illegal act (working in HKG whilst not being permitted to do so), she is probably going to be a bit more relaxed/amenable about doing a 3P - "Heck - am already doing something illegal - Might as well do another thing which is illegal - am in deep doo-doo if caught anyways!"

Now, as far you the client is concerned - I'm quite sure (not 100%) that you are yourself NOT going to be get into any trouble. But I'm also wondering if the Police could charge you with "soliciting for purpose of an immoral act" - as they COULD make a case that you had been the one who instigated the 3p arrangement with one or both of the girls.

I'd be very interested to get input/correction from anybody here who does have legal training and qualifications on what I stated above.

Best 3P is to get one WG and ask if she has a friend in mind.  The session would then be friendlier and less awkward.

Dont you have to ask the papa-san to arrange this?  can you really go through the girl to see?

i understand that is is illegal to do 3P with 2 WG. but is it illegal to do 3P with only 1WG? for example a couple doing it with 1WG?

I would suggest it would depend on where you are found and the circumstances.  Not sure there would be a clear cut solution here but it would most likely involve a fair amount of clever talking if the authorities did come knocking!

i did a walk up last year...the girl was about 380...i asked how much for 2 wg..cost....she said 800...so she went over to the next room told the other girl...she agreed..well you know the rest..LOL
