No one knows? I wonder too...I went to king hing, two old guys ring the doorbell and I saw one pretty girl with big tits (seems natural) and nice body shape and very smooth skin, I was leaking and almost went in, but then heard the guys said its a ladyboy haha...I didn't see anything unusual downstair though...maybe surgery? I recall last time I was there, there were stickers on the door that say "real lady". Not sure if that's true or not.
