So take the portland St exit (C3) out of Mong Kok station Turn left.  Walk several blocks.  Turn left onto Dundas and look up. You will see a large yellow sign that includes 390.  Under the sign is a short walkway with stairs on the left.  Go to the top of the first flight of stairs and you are there.
