Fortuna is better than the Hanoi Hotel. They have a better selection in the KTV, and more of them. I have no experience with the sauna at Fortuna, but at the Hanoi, FS is not allowed in the sauna, and they can't come to your room either. Best you usually get is a HJ. The Old Quarter is great, but I did not see much WG action there. There are some streetwalkers back behind the opera house, but nothing to write home about. Hanoi is not supposed to be as hot as Saigon, but I had my hands full the entire time I was there. The girls from the KTV were calling my room wanting to come up which is a great way to avoid the bar fine and the tip for the mama.
