I've only been there once, so am no expert, but from what I saw Manhattans has all types, so I'm sure if the price is right you will find someone.  One problem is the noise - it is hard to negotiate in the bar.  Best to take her into the lobby area to make your proposition.  As far as price?  I would try with no offer of premium.  I want you all night, and I take video OK?  Or try for two girls, and one videos while the other is pornstar.  They may ask for a premium, whether you accept is up to you - you're the boss with the wallet - and your luck will depend upon the supply and demand of the evening.

How much is it worth to you?  Twice the going rate?  50%?
