Am in Makati - my last few days here, and the scene in P.Burgos street is quite simply a rip-off.

This place is frustrating.  P140 (USD$3.12) for a beer is the highest I've seen anywhere in the Philippines.  And then as soon as you walk in a crowd of girls pester you for lady drinks at P350 each (USD$7.80)

If you say no - one or two will sit next to you and sulk.  They really have the money extraction system down to a science.  

I usually tell them that I want to sit alone, and I will call over someone if I see someone I like.  My request is usually ignored.  Why can't these places treat a customer right!

A couple of good places...
G-Spot.  The hotties in there like to play pool with you, and it is always fun to shoot pool with a babe with tits threatening to spill out of a tiny top.  No pressure for lady drinks, so I bought.

Dimples.  Some drink pressure, but a lady drink buys you a lapdance, so that makes it all worthwhile.

Rogues.  Lower prices on drinks, and barfines.

Barfines
Are bloody frustrating.  I tried at Rogues.  Bought a couple of drinks for myself, eventually saw a hottie and called her over, bought a drink for her, and the girl who helped me find her, enquired about the barfine (P1800, USD $40).  Then she mentioned that she wanted P5,000 tip in the room  (USD $111).  Of course I turned that down as I could have taken a taxi to Angeles and had a threesome for the same price.

So a bunch of spending of drinks and lady drinks and nothing to show for it.

The next bar had the door girl escort me to my seat and then ask for a lady drink.  They were still lower price happy hour prices, so I bought her one and asked her to tell me about the bar.  I told her I liked skinny dark-skinned, long hair girls, and she went and found me one.

A total babe, I bought her a lady drink, and found out this is her second job (she also makes wedding dresses), and as far as barfines - she's new and scared, and will only go on a threesome with another girl.  That was out of my price range, so I moved on.

I've now done a long bar-crawl, met some pretty girls, spent a ton of money, and have nothing.

Brothals
Remembering my last trip where a taxi driver took me to a casa (a girl-house or brothal), I thought that I would try this again.

I hailed a cab and asked the driver to take me to a girl house.  He told me that it would be 2,500 + a tip to the girl, and told me that when we got to the location I must stay in the car and wait for him to set things up.

We arrived at an intersection, an old man with three teeth redirected us to another location a few doors back, and the driver talked to a few guys on the street.  Introductions made, I was led into a room with 6 girls.  4 were in the no-fucking-way category, with 2 do-able ones to choose from.

I chose the cutest - very tall for a Filipina - she said 5'6", paid the papa 2,500 who said that the girl would leave at 7am, if I paid 500 more she would stay later.  So I paid the 500, and we were off.

Easy and painless.  Taxi fare including tip was P300 - less than the cost of one lady drink.

My girl ended up being a little tipsy - it was one of the girl's birthdays in the brothal, and they were all having a bit of a party.
