Prices will vary, overnight calls (for those that agree to stay) seem to be around double a single shot fare. Check out the main forum threads for reports for overnights.

Be negotiated with the WG. One at  midnight and one in the morning. Although I normally do 2 at the start and then see how far I get. Of course this means that the girl is probably tired the next day... oops, sorry! But note that not all girls are willing/want/allowed to leave the room. But I know the girls well enough already before choosing to overnight. But to answer OP, usually HG's are no problem to travel for the extra +200 for return taxi and the x3 overnight fee. As for 141 walkups, I've never properly asked, but get the impression through casual chat that most do not, or if they do, they charge crazy amounts that aren't worth it. No harm to ask though.
