I'm currently in Almaty and thought I would post a few bits of information in case anyone was interested.
Almaty is a nice green city but is relatively expensive for p4p. The going rate for a good looking girl is about $100 USD per hour.
There are two major websites for finding girls:

If you speak Russian then no problems. Few girls speak English. My Russian is poor so I try to send sms to get the incall location. Most services include kissing, usually bbbj, and often rimming along with the regular cfs.
Some of the girls are extremely hot (the websites are a mix of accurate pics and fakes but the fakes are usually pretty obvious).
The other option is mamba.ru but this is more for girls that are looking for a regular sponsor (i.e. regular paid meetings) rather than a normal p4p scenario. Since I live here I've pulled a bunch of women off of here to great sucess. The hottest of which I'll do a whole post for.
The other option is to hang out at a few of the expat bars on Fridays and Saturdays as there are always working girls there. The Guns N' Roses Pub is the best for this although there are a couple others if anyone is interested.
