When someone asks this kind of question, usually what happens is this. A bunch of guys come on and say "no, I didn't catch anything." A different bunch say "yes, I caught something". And everyone is left to wonder "If I have some kind of unprotected sex, will I be like the first group or the second group?"
Forum policy is not to offer advice of a medical nature, but instead to direct people to do their own research from respected sources who can quantify and qualify these risks, and give you the basis on which you can decide whether to accept or not accept the risk of catching something. So, that's what I'm going to do. Pick a variety of expert sites such as the Centers for Disease Control, and search away. The information you get will be more reliable than what you hear on this site. Use those sites for what they are best at -- disseminating information about diseases. Use this site for what this site is best at -- disseminating information about how to find paid sex. Then use your pecker for what it is best at -- dis-semen-ating
