Basically I'm going Macau for 2 days 1 night this summer with 3 other guys.


I this okay for an itinerary?

Start 11am
Travel to Macau
Go to St Pauls
Have lunch
Visit Casinos (gamble and race track
Drink in local Bars
Have Dinner
Go to Lion Bar
11pm Got to Sauna (18 or East Castle) Stay for 12 hours
11am Leave

Does this seem like too much?  I get the impression that most of you guys spend the whole day at the sauna and that there are events and shows there.

Can I not get a hotel and just sleep in the sauna?

If we go clubbing till 2am, will it be too late to go to the saunas?  i.e. be left with leftovers

How much would a budget be?

i recently went to macau for one night and was in a similar situation like yours.
Since this was a spur of the moment trip, i walked into a hotel without making a reservation and found that the room rate was exorbitant. It is better to make a booking before hand and one can get good deals.

went to rio's at 10:00 PM and found a lot of people already sleeping in the sauna. I believe that one can sleep in the sauna without booking a room.

I believe that the girls work in shifts and the shift in rio ends at 6:00 AM.

My budget came close to 6 K HD$ but that was including the hotel room and some money spent in the casion.

Your itinerary seems full, but reasonable to me. I might try and go a bit earlier to the sauna, especially if I were going on a Fri/Sat night.

Yes, you can sleep at a sauna, although let them know you want to do that when you arrive, so that they can reserve you a spot. But since the ferries run 24 hours per day, you could also simply finish up at the sauna, then go back to HK rather than sleeping there until 11am. Sleeping quarters are typically not the most comfortable in saunas.

If you club until 2am, the saunas will still be going strong. The girls won't be as fresh, but they work all night, so no problem.

Budget: $3k for sauna if you want to do more than just fuck (and if you want to just fuck, there are plenty of cheaper ways). Ferry fee can be included if you are coming from Shun Tak, by buying a "package" (there are many discussions of this on the forum). Budget for the rest -- too variable to say, depending on your choices of gambling, drinking, eating.

I PERSONALLY WOULD NEVER SPEND A WHOLE DAY AT A SAUNA.  I GUESS ITS POSSIBLE BUT FOR ME, GETTING SOME SERVICE IN THE LOUNGE AREA PLUS MAYBE A MASSAGE, PLUS A 60 MINUTE SESSION, IS ALL I NEED AND DOESN'T TAKE MORE THAN 3-4 HOURS TOPS, IF YOU ARE REALLY PICKY AND GO THROUGH MULTIPLE LINEUPS.  THE SHOWS AREN'T SUCH A BIG DEAL THAT YOU WOULD SKIP OUT ON GAMBLING OR HITTING BARS

NO IT'S FINE.  DEPENDING ON THE NIGHT IT MIGHT CROWDED.  NOT REALLY SURE WHAT YOU MEAN BY LEFTOVERS.  IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT SEEING EVERYONE, THEN YOU NEED TO SIT THROUGH 3 LINEUPS AT 18.  THE LINEUPS HAPPEN ABOUT EVERY 30 MINUTES ARE SO, AND GIVEN THAT EACH SESSION IS 60 MINUTES, EVERY GIRL SHOULD EVENTUALLY GET BACK OUT INTO THE LINEUP WITHIN 3 LINEUPS OR SO.

DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU DO.  IF YOU GO NUTS AND GET A LOT OF SERVICES IN THE LOUNGE AREA (EAR CLEANING, THIGH MASSAGE, ETC) AND GO FOR A MODEL, YOU PROBABLY WILL SPEND CLOSE TO $4K.  IF YOU JUST GO IN, GET A SESSION WITH A REGULAR GIRL, AND GO TO SLEEP, YOU'RE LOOKING AT AROUND $2500.  THAT'S JUST THE SAUNA.  I'M SURE YOU CAN FIGURE OUT THE OTHER STUFF IN MACAU THAT'S GONNA COST MONEY.

TBH $2500 does seem like a bit steep for Macau.  They seem more expensive than London prices.

Is there a link to a full price list for 18 Sauna, Emperor Sauna and Darling 1?

I read somewhere that Darling 1 is only for sex and not a sauna and we can't stay overnight.  Is this true?

What is a cheaper alternative to finish the night?  I mean something like sex and sleep over

There are a few links in the Macau Hunting Info sticky thread that show pictures of the sauna menus, but they are not complete or up to date.

Darling 1 is indeed only for sex, not sauna/sleepover.

Cheaper alternatives: There have been a couple of cheap experiences reported about some of the "pension" houses, such as Pension Tau Loa. Hou Va is cheaper than Darling 1 or the other saunas. Taking a sauna lounge massage girl back for the night (if you can work it -- bring your game) is cheaper, but you need to make contact first, which means going to a sauna (though all you need to pay is the entry fee plus whatever you spend on the lounge girls).

Bottom line: I think your original plan is a good one if you don't spend too much gambling, don't spend too much at the club, and turn up a couple hours earlier at the sauna.

Where are you originating from? I think we all assume that you start your day fresh n HK, but since you mention "London prices" in your post, I just want to make sure you are not flying in from the UK the same morning, as I think in that case the recommendations would be very different.

No point in going to Lion's Bar after dinner. It will be dead until around 11pm or midnight. My advice: skip the Lion's Bar altogether.

I agree with taking sauna lounge massage girl is cheaper. But we need spend money for hotel. Its like a gambling. When she agree, you win. When she refused. You loose. Bro gherk, everytime you go to sauna, are you also book hotel room?

We actually live in London but will be travelling from HK.

Where would be the ultimate best place to have a drink and pick up girls? Be it a bar or club?

2 of the guys I'm going with are models so are pretty good looking. They'll want to try and pick up chicks too.
