But I am not sure about freelancers around there. Another option is  Shekou, Sea world. Not the best clubs in the world but Terrace bar has freelancers and so does X Ta Sea. Lots of freebies there that just want some company and a nice bed to snuggle with you in that night. Also the staff at your hotel is a good option. Mine has lots of female bar staff that like to party after they close the hotel bar and will go out with you. It costs you almost nothing to party with them because after two beers most Chinese girls I've met are waisted and easy pickings. Good luck and let us know what happens.
