Outcalls are fine if you are in a hotel. Definitely no outcalls to my own home lol.
$? Usually a difference in $100 US (for me) in the States. Here I see that people might charge $500-$1000 extra.
I like outcalls in hotel because I manage my own sanitation in the room.
If I don't give a damn about privacy (e.g. in a business visit), I'll just give them my name. But some hotels are more troublesome and they require card access to the elevator. For example, when I was in Taipei, the 5+ stars hotels usually require card access to go up to the upper floors.
What I did most of the time (if I needed extra privacy) was to tell the lobby staff shit like
"Hey I have a friend visiting... so expect that a 'Lily' will come by looking for 'Ken' and let her up".
Most were okay with that. You paid the money to be a guest, they will do what you say. No biggie.
If you have loved ones visiting the hotel, you will need to manage your time well. But I don't think it's a biggie as well, just manage your visitations to be later - been there, done that, had fun.
