How to resize pictures

Can someone redirect to the link to the "how to resize pictures" thread...

I swear i remember reading it and couldn't find it again...

Was actually successful in taking pictures this time and would love to share...

actually just use the 'paint' program that comes with window ... just remember to save after you re size !
