For HK style massage, most of the saunas have young girls (meaning under 30). However, my favorite sauna, Familia Nobre, does not. The HK massage ladies there are definitely "aunties", in their 40's and 50's. It's a pity really, and the only real blemish on an otherwise amazing establishment.

But if you go to Rio, 18, Golden, East, Sanado, and so on, you should be ok.

Separately, read the many reports about "thigh massage", "leg massage", "deep vein reflexology", which is given either in the lounge or in a private room. Although these are all HJ massages, they are "not to completion", unless you book multiple sequential sessions. Policies differ from sauna to sauna, so take a look at the reports for details.

Yes they do. I my very limited experience in Macau, when you go to a Sauna (I went to Windsor a long time ago) there is a price list before you enter. The person at the counter tells you what is what. Usually the first (or cheapest) price is just to use the facilities or an entry fee. Then for 100 HKD/MOP or more the next one is massage or massage with happy ending. Mostly the girls who do this are not the ones having sex with you - those are different girls, though I'm sure you can build a rapport with the massage girls.

Long story short, I got the massage with HE and it was and still is the best HE I have ever gotten!

You're right about the aunties being very competent at HJ. Still, if HJ by a young hottie is what you're after, there are only two ways to get that at Familia Nobre.

Method 1: Pick a thigh massage lounge girl, and let her know you want to HJ to completion (it will be done in a private room). She will inform you that she's only allowed to do it if you've met your minimum fee for the sauna, which at Familia Nobre is equivalent to 7 lounge massages at $138 each = $966 (plus taxes -- works out to about $1100). If you've already had some shoulder or other massages in the lounge (no sex), you won't need to spend as much for the HJ because you've already spent some on other things. Still, to get a HJ you generally are going to need to pay for at least 2x or 3x $138. Each time equals 25 minutes, so you can make this last a very long time if you want! The girl will be happy to be with you as long as you like. If you want a girl with very good English, pick Phuong (English name is Jo Jo). Jake Houston has reported on her previously. If you want a very loving, attentive, and sensual girl, pick An-An, who I have reported on previously here. There are several others to choose from.

Method 2: Pick a line-up girl, and have her HJ you rather than full service. Plan on it being $1400 for the hour, and the sauna entry fee will be waived. You can enjoy the pre-event mutual shower, cat bath, BBBJ (or not, if you don't want it), and so on. Then on the bed you can grope and fondle, and let her know you want HJ. She'll be perfectly happy to do it, and won't think any less of you.
