which means when you write a reports, you will write better reports, and get more K
oh, and there's a certain amount of A that qualifies automatically for K - can't recall the amount off the top of my head, I think it's around 100A -> 1K.
So A gets you promoted
but don't go looking for A in order to get K, that would be a waste of your effort.
Instead, use it for feedback.
