Oh sorry for late!
When I went...just go to Sakae area and walk down dark alley...I got offered by polite elderly Japanese man speaking perfect English "18 years old girl. Very pretty. Just for you". I kept walking but it was very funny indeed. Looks hard to score compare to Tokyo...I saw what looks like gangster making many "tough" sound....another keep walk and don' try to laugh.
Anyway check out Sakae area
