I am english! Does anybody know any reliable english speaking agents, or a way to understand these guys? Thhanks...

Once the agent heard my voice he responded with 'no English"  He said the hotel name (although it was a bit difficult to understand) but I figured it out and with the hotel name I just asked the staff at my hotel for the location. Once there I called the agent and I got the room number in english and that was enough. So if you can at least get the hotel name and room number in english that should be enough and I am guessing most agents can do that.  Without those two bits of info your screwed
