please excuse m poor english,

i was in wonder about if foreigners (very dark indian) will encounter problem with 141? i have seen some clients that say foreigners welcome so i wonder if the rest will say no???

Due to the recent events , alot of the WGs I talked to said they were scared of indian clients as the prime suspect for the serial killer was an indian, Coco in TST made a nervous joke about it.

let's be honest - most chinese people here are quite racist as to Indians; and as stated above the WGs have every reason to be concerned as it appears that the serial killer is from Sth Asia somewhere. So it will not be the ideal time for you!

I must disagree with the "every reason to be concerned" part of that statement. The fact that the serial killer was South Asian doesn't justify fear of Indians. In the recent events in HK, the killer's nationality is being interpreted as confirmation of pre-existing racist attitudes. If the killer were a white American, I doubt many of the girls would hesitate to accept my trade. And wasn't one of the killers Chinese?

But that said, reality is that many of the girls would probably not want to take a South Asian customer. Sorry John Locke (loved your rebuttal of Descartes, by the way) but life isn't fair.

I must have missed the newspaper reports. I didn't even know the trial had started, let alone that the
Indian guy had been found guilty. What was the sentence?

I doubt that there will be a jury trial seeing that the guy has already confessed to the three murders, and the cops did find incriminating evidence on the guy (was it the girl's cell phones?).

But yah, the guy has already been found guilty in the court of public opinion, so the WGs will act accordingly - rightly or wrongly.

As a fellow monger, I sympathize with johnlocke.

I think one thing we've learned, certainly in Britain and probably in the US, is that confessions obtained while
the defendant is in police custody often tell us very little about a person's guilt or innocence. A trial without
a jury is no trial at all, unless the guy pleads guilty, which we don't know yet. The guy would be an idiot to
plead guilty as all evidence is likely to be circumstantial. And if OJ could get off - anybody has a chance.
