I think one thing we've learned, certainly in Britain and probably in the US, is that confessions obtained while
the defendant is in police custody often tell us very little about a person's guilt or innocence. A trial without
a jury is no trial at all, unless the guy pleads guilty, which we don't know yet. The guy would be an idiot to
plead guilty as all evidence is likely to be circumstantial. And if OJ could get off - anybody has a chance.
