I've tried out Portland Road before and now I want to try out a 141/161 girl.... but I'll only have a very limited time to do it (due to aforementioned missus logistical problem). Which building/area would be best to go to where there are multiple 141/161 girls so that it's likely at least one of them will be available. Around Central/ Wanchai/ Causeway Bay or Mongkok would be prefereable. cheers.

On the left it will list the buildings the girls use. You can then check out which building is a target rich environment. Forget Central, no large numbers of girls in one building.

I have limited time as well so When I go later this month I am going take a list of  around 10 girls in this area and call them at my hotel in Mong kok or at TST. I should be able to get 1 or 2 at the time I want.
