I needed to buy a new phone last week so I found myself walking around the cell phone mall in MK (Sin Tat, or Sincere, Plaza). Going up to the 2nd floor (ie. G > 1 > 2) there were 2 older chinese gents at the top of the escalator asking if I was looking for some action. I declined since I was in a rush and really needed to find a temp phone. However, after walking a circle around the top floor and finding nothing, I went back to the downscalator and saw a bro being led by the PPS to a set of stairs by the elevator. Unfortunately, my schedule weighed heavier than my curiosity and I had to jet.

Can anybody shed some light on this mysterious (to me) location?

Maybe in HK, but not on the mainland. Even if there are some local websites with good content, or even if you can poke a hole through the firewall, the internet is too damn slow for any good quality hardcore.

I went there out of curiosity today. The cell phone prices are no great shakes and I have doubts about the authenticity but I went to the 2nd (G to 1 to 2) and sure enough two old dudes were there and they said "DVD" in English.

I said OK, may as well see what's up. You go by stairs to the 4th floor and the guy stops at a door and says something like "not the cops!" in Chinese, they open up and the room is full of DVD's.

Mostly Japan porn 1/2 of that mosaic censored stuff and the rest not. And some USA and Europe and a few Blue Ray as well.

The prices are 30 for one, 100 for 6 and 200 for 13, but when I asked he said I could have 7 for 100 so that makes them pretty cheap, $1.84 US each.

Some odd stuff in small quantities but nothing like scat and animals etc., or illegal.

You exit a different way by the stairs to the street level (or take careful note of what you did to get in there as I could not find my way out the same way). There is a boxing gym up there as well which is strange.

If you take the stairs all the way you come out on Argyle St. with a sign by the door that says 83 Argyle. If you want porn it would be easier to walk up the 4 floors from there and as long as you knew the secret code (or waited for the constant stream of customers) that is another way in. If you want out to the 2nd floor just wait for the guy to come back with a new customer and go back with him.

In Zhuhai I know a shop that carries porn.  Most of it is not mosaic, but they have Japanese, some American, and some really illegal stuff.  Like regular DVDs here, it is 6-7RMB a disk ($1), and almost everything is in a two-pack.  They just keep it under a false shelf in a regular DVD shop.

@ wetstuff: experienced enough to know what its all about, yes. the phone mall is not the only place. there's another at the game centre when you walk all the way to the back past the games stores. there are a few more in jordan on temple street. just walk the night markets and you'll find other fella's whispering the same thing and escorting you to another make-shift shop fit out full of porn...
