Bangkok

Had planned for a punter's holiday in Bangkok in November.  With the present situation uncertain,  has anyone heard of any positive news?

Thanks
Russ

Yes, when I left two days ago, central BKK was ok.  I haven't heard of Nana, Soi Cowboy or the Rachada massage places having any issues.  But all the tourists are staying away, so the girls have few clients and are hungry for business.  If that's not positive news, I don't know what is!

Have fun, CGP

i heard from a friend who is still in bangkok said condition still much the same. Not advisable to go there now or the coming week. even if the flood subside, the clean up will still be massive. he said go to pattaya better.

Nana Plaza is the place to be.  The stupid bar fine is sort of steep though.  Last time I dropped $100 US total for room, fine, girl, tip, and taxi home.  They close at about 2am from what I remember.  Also, I had to bring my own condoms haha.

Heard from a friend that just returned from BK the same thing, the clean up will take a long time. Was going end of November but changed plans due to flood. Don't want to have to deal with that too.

Pic is from over BK

Sukhumvit is dry (meaning not flooded, not East Fife Sunday dry) from Ploenchit to the Cambodian border.

Try the Soi Seven beer bar; should be rank with factory girls from the northern suburbs.

Edit: Sometimes, I forget myself...
