If a girl is hot but when I walk in and there's not much of a connection, I will usually decline - unless my LB starts thinking instead of my brain. On the DB, Liana and Helen are good GFEs.

By different, I mean not to follow the same procedure that feels like a chore to the WG. Pay her more attention, compliment her etc. You can even bring her flowers and tip more in advanced. They may acknowledge it and thank you, but are they swayed? No.  The biggest single factor in determining whether a WG gives what she believes is a GFE is whether she likes you and wants something more, such as a nice tip, or your repeat business, or dinner or date, or simply a good reputation, or more...
