1. Some of the hotels are 5*. Some are 4*. Most are 3* of varying degrees - sometimes the rooms the girls are given can be a bit...not in the greatest working condition, let's say. Sometimes, the girls themselves don't keep the rooms (the bathrooms in particular) in tip top condition.
From experience, so far, the Korean, Russian and Japanese girls tend to keep their rooms in better shape than the Chinese girls.
2. Unless you go at really awkward times, a raid is unlikely.
3. The prices are for time/shots - whatever comes first (pun fully intended). If you want to make sure you get the full 45, take it slow- ask for a strip tease, don't just suddenly jump into the shower, have a bit of foreplay, a chat, take some pics - etc.
