How to arrange a HG

Hello everyone !!

Nasty to say, but I have been browsing this site for a solid 3 hours non stop !!

Ive been reading the HG articles, and I was wanting to know that when you arrange an appointment do you phone 24 hours before ? and what language to speak in whilst conversing with the papa/mama san ??

Also can I organise it 1 week earlier ?

Any sort of feedback would be highly appreciated !!
