My colleagues told me at night, usually after 10pm, you will see streetwalkers/ PRC WGs on the street. Near the red lite bus waiting area outside Yue Man mansion, next to  Kwun Tong Road.  Maybe not girls , more older gals. The rooms is in a building next to Yue Man Square Garden. They will talk to you if you look at them. And give you the price.  Which you should bargain. BUT you can find better deals and service in 141 KT page.
