IMO a FB is someone we have sex with. No exchange of payment. Just casual sex between friends. Now the theory or rule is that if she/he(esp referring to SEAJ question) was or still is a WG then it would be ok to post. As long as no civvy is involved.
So to answer the question posted. Question 1 and 2 yes can post if money was exchanged for sexual services. Question 3, no as she is not a WG like the previous 2. The money given is not towards a sexual service.
