You think we should have one where it will be constantly updated?

Should have a few sections such as;

Permanently Blacklisted (to be avoided at all costs)

For review before moving to the blacklist

me thinks should include a section;

Definitely worth a visit/revisit

I think its a good idea, but sometimes 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' and service is based on a number of variables (such as $$$ tips, looks, chemistry etc).But as a general guide for other fellow 'hunters' it would be very helpful.
