Especially where there is a local board, around the San Francisco area as an example, customers and providers can interact with each other on the message board and in the chat room. Many guys have shamelessly tried to woo the providers hoping to get special treatment or freebies. We call these guys lapdogs and they relentlessly praise or brown nose whatever a provider would post. They also give pristine reviews to the providers. In turn, providers don't have to give quality service and charge more because of the abuse of the rating system. For example, a customer would give a rating of 8 out of 10 for a so-so quality. In fact, the whole reviewing system has lost a lot of its value because the reviews aren't accurate. Offering BFE to the chosen ones
