WG/HG/Brothel clarification.

Hey all,

I'm trying to figure out the detailed differences between WG/HG/Brothels. Did a search and looked at the newb FAQs, but still slightly confused.

Here's my interpretation. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

HG (Hotel Girls)
-Usually only in the country for a short time.
-Stay in nice hotels which you can visit by previously calling agent and setting up a time to visit.

WG (Walk up Girls)
-Exactly the same as HG but has HKID and cheaper due to a lower quality.

Brothels
-To be honest, I'm not sure what this entails. Are these like other brothels in different countries where there's a building and there are girls living there? When you go in, do they line them up for you and you get to pick one? Detailed info please.

Massage Parlours
-Just that. Call directly and make an appointment. Usually older ladies.

Are my assumptions correct?

Thx in advance.

Well you seem to mix up some terms, you can find most abbreviations in this thread http://forum.sex141.com/eforum/v ... &extra=page%3D1

As I am no resident of HK, I might be wrong as well stating that:

HG - you are correct on this one

WG - this stands for Working Girls = prostitute.

Brothels - Brothels are illegal in HK if there is more than 1 lady present. So this is where the walk up girls come in. These are girls you can visit in apartment buildings hence the term walk up girls.

I hav very little experience with the Massage Parlours so someone else should help you here.

The 141 girls are high volume kind of providers. That's why they are cheaper. They have been around for a while. So they can be a bit jaded. But there are quality ones. 141 also offer girls from other countries like Thai and what not.

HG (Hotel Girls)
-Usually only in the country for a short time, working illegally.
-Stay in hotels which you can visit by previously calling agent and setting up a time to visit.

141 walk-up girls
-Working legally mostly, with HK residency
-Quality varies a lot, including many in late 20s upwards
-Some are USBs (up stairs bone) offering massage service too

Brothels
-Venue where more than one WG is available, illegal

Massage Parlours / Saunas
-Just that. Call directly and make an appointment or just stroll in. Usually older ladies than HGs.
-Varying degrees of sex, from hand jobs to full sex, depending on venue

WG (Working Girls)
-This just means girls who's line of work is paid sex, so includes HGs, 141 girls, etc.

for HG and some WG - maybe a problem because some agents don't know how to speak English. but go to sauna or 141 should be ok given you just need to use your body language anyway.

Not a big problem, just a small one and only if you let it bother you.  Lots of bros don't speak Chinese and manage just fine

Damn. Since this weekend before reading the abbreviations thread, I also had thought WG means Walkup Girl in this forum. Seemed so logical with so many Hotel Girls or Walkup Girls in HK.

Well, It can be a bit of a problem to get to the right address I found out myself.

If my memory serves me right, I once had an agent on the phone who kept yelling "legal hotel, legal hotel".
I really was confused about his desire for legal business.

As I have done business with many Japanese people I finally recognized the effort of pronouncing the R and headed for the Regal Hotel.

Otherwise it should be no problem since money is the universal language.

That's hilarious, juggernaut!

I've had my fair share of hiccups trying to find hotels and have had to resort
on occasion to putting the taxi driver on the phone to get the right address
from the agent.

One unusual case was in Tsuen Wan, where the friendly agent told me to go
to the L Hotel. I thought he was making like a bro on this forum and just
giving me the initial for the hotel's name in case LE was listening in. So I
asked him, which L Hotel? Turns out that's what local folks call L'hotel Nina
(serves the hotel right for giving itself such a fake-fancy name)!
