for bars & drinks , check out overeasy and fullerton bay hotel, lots of girls hang out there after work

for brothels, Geylang is your best bet. its legal nobody will harass you.  
streets in geylang with even numbers (i.e. Lorong 16 18 20 22 etc... mostly u will find PRC girls)
streets in geylang with odd numbers you will find thai, filipino and indonesian girls
* DONT pick up girls on the streets of geylang, that is illegal and if caught, big problem!

is this a trick question? if you're picking up civilians, its the same way you would pick up civilians anywhere in the world. are they easy to pick up? no. but if you're european and relatively decent looking, you may have a better chance. most of my singaporean girlfriends i've never picked up in bars, mostly meet through line of work or at my bank.

Bintan? Toured the little brothel houses which were located 40mins from the pier. It was a depressing scene with girls working in squalid conditions and Indo village girls looked appalling. Took off as fast as I could. Don't ever go there.
