Although having a girl that speaks English would be good, some of  the stunners are listed as none English speaking.

Yes almost none of the Hotel ladies speak English, even if they are listed as such - rarely. But action speaks louder than words. I have had huge feedback with ladies who only speak Mandarin and I none. Keep heart and treat the ladies well.
