Okay just relocated to hong kong, im a young guy looking to pick up a piece of the available pie! im located in Kowloon, Jordan area but scared to make any call or even pick up a straggler. Is it safe to bring them back to the hotel? I'm not even sure what i should do im scared ill pick up a spunk setup and be thrown in jail. some one tell me im going insane.

As a young guy, don't sweat it, you're a prime target.  Just go out to to meet girls (e.g. Wanchai) and you'll be hard put to STOP them coming home with you ... no money required ...
... or pick them up in the street if you like, there's nothing illegal about sex, nor even sex-for-money ... just make sure they're old enough, and be straightforward about what you're looking for.  As an 'outsider' (don't know if you look Chinese or not) you have an edge in being able to talk about taboo subjects without giving as much offense as a local would cause.  

Only thing for you to check into is what are the rules where you're staying?  If it's a guest-house, you're probably paying per-person, and you'll have to pay for the girl to stay over.  If it's a hotel proper, you're paying per room, and you should be able to bring a guest back.

Find a WG on the database close to where you are staying. Its a little intimidating walking up the stairs the first time but just do it. Most of the doors ahve signs on them and it is perfectly legal. Once you do it you will never look back and you don't have to worry about getting in any trouble.

The database will list the lauguages that the girls speak in case you dont speak chinese and want to find one that speaks english

The languages listed in the database are totally misleading and have little to do with reality (neither in your favour nor against it).  Forget language, just go along and show up.

If you like spring chickens, Prive would be my recommendation, naughty things go on in there. I think WanChai is more of Thais and Phillipinas. I have nothing against them, but I prefer the clubbing in LKF.

Last time I checked Thursday was Ladies Nite in LKF ... but it wouldn't take you long to check out Soho / LKF / Wanchai (probably in that order) and cover the full market ... in your shoes I'd probably do just that, with or without a wingman, aiming to close by about 1am before the MTR closes.  Not that it's an issue if you miss it, there's at least one great minibus to the center of Jordan, but you want to make your pick before you're left with the desperadoes.  

I was in my 30s when I arrived, and women were walking up to me all the time - internet cafe, bars, discos, you name it.  Put a single ad online (that was waaay back before it was mainstream) and met more than 20 girls off that one alone ... and no I'm not that good looking.  OK not all were beddable , but it shows the underlying dynamic here: the girls know they can't afford to be complete wallflowers.

Agree with previous posters that its easy to get free sex in HK as a young man, especially if you're white. WG's are fun for a one off, but if you're living here you should set yourself up with some FTF's. Beautiful women from all over, take your pick. Nowhere else I'd rather be.

Edit: I read in mid-week a few days ago that there are something like 889 women per 1000 men in HK...
