Is it possible?  I'll be in HK for 4 days and I want to make the most of my time and I only speak English.  Think it'll be much of a problem?

nope. cant search by language. if you only speak English, most walk-ups dont speak English. HGs 99% dont as well, but some of the agents do, like JB.

No you can't search the DB by language (except manually, reading the profiles one by one)
And even if you do search the db the information is useless: some girls who are marked as speaking English can only say "$380", and many many girls who are not marked as speaking English can converse quite effectively.  

You speaking only English is a non-issue.  You could visit several girls every day of your visit and never once have to open your mouth to say anything - they know why you're there and you know what to do.  

BUT if you really do want to talk to a girl, simply use the search function and read up on the reports, you will find several threads listing girls who do speak English.  The more homework you can do before coming, the more fun you'll have!

Like DArt... said, try using Search at the top right of this page. Type English or Eng and then below that select "FullText" then select Reports. A few of the English speaking bros are trying to include that info as a service to others.

I think as long as the agents speak english. You should be fine. Like has been mentioned before, the girls know what to do and so do you. I dont think it will be a problem. If you specifically want to search for an english speaker, just go ahead and narrow your search down in the DB as much as possible. Then check out the remaining profiles and see which one speaks english. Then you'll be good to go either way.

So not sure what I can ACTUALLY do... but here's the plan... wouldn't mind some feedback... though this is just idle banter at this point so I'll be up front about it.

First thanks for the advice on Gary's posts I'll definitely check them out.  I come in on a Saturday night around 7 p.m. HK time.  I figure I'll be all checked into the hotel by 9 p.m.  If all works out well punt #1 will happen that night.
Sunday morning is a bit of tourist shit, but the plan is to get in at least 2 punts (probably in TST) that day.  Then a punt Monday night and perhaps a double (same WG) Tuesday night.  I fly to Singapore Wednesday early so my Tuesday night adventures will be my last in HK this trip.

I'm planning on HK$800 per as my average so I can budget accordingly.  I'll likely get less action than the plan above... but that's the plan anyway.
