LOL, I was the guy but not middle aged.  If Fang Fang was the undercover in the same exact situation, would I be charged? This is exactly what happened to me on Nathan and Dundas, hell she even followed me for 2 blocks shooting smiles my way.

Part XII, i.e. Section 117 onwards, covers 'Sexual and Related Offences' - includes legal age of consent as 16. Section 129 onwards covers Prostitution. Section 141 covers allowing young persons to work in a brothel - minimum age is again 16.
