Here is a link to the PCCW website. I used the prepaid card when I was in HK in December. They have 3 different plans. All came with voice and can also used for wi-fi connection.

if you just want a mobile phone SIM, any 7/11 sells them HK$100 inc SIM and HK$68 call value. Then top up at any 7/11.

If you want a SIM for your USB stick for your lap top for web browsing, go to any 3 Shop in HK (there is one on Carnarvon Rd in TST). HK$28/day unlimited down loads. Very good deal. If you need the USB as wellit's around HK$780 inc the SIM. Again, you can top up at any 7/11.

Make sure you let the sales guy know when you buy it. You can get a card that is good for HK, Macau and China. Very convenient! I found 3 to offer the best deal for me but there are other Co.'s that do it as well. Good luck!

yes, make sure you tell them that is what you want because if not, like for me, the phone calls that I received drained my sim card within minutes.

the last time I was in HK, I bought a sim from smartone and I was able to get voice minutes and data on my phone.  I dont know if they have any option for internet sticks for the laptops but I was able tog et some data for my phone.  I can remember how much I paid.  Maybe head there and see what they are able to do.

For HK: cfm YES providing you buy a "3" SIM. Other service providers may also offer a deal, I only have experience with the "3" pre paid offer which is HK$28 / day unlimited downloads. BTW, the actual deal is HK$2 per MB with a maximum cost of HK$28 / day and HK$298 / month. You are not "shaped" or slowed down at any point. It is the best deal I could find.

For Macau: you just need to let the sales guy at the 3 shop know you need it for Macau as well and he will set you up with a SIM that does both.

You can recharge the SIM by buying a recharge card at any 7/11.

Are you looking for a sim card for local paid phones or sim cards for cell phones.  Usually, China Mobile provide really good services (they do have a monopoly over most places in the mainland).

If you are in hong kong:
http://www.harmonicalinks.com/maleblue.html
http://www.cellularabroad.com/hkSIMcard.php

If you are in Macau:

Hope this helps.  All the best.

I googled and came up with the address below. I bought the flash drive and SIM card for HK$780.00. That was a one time only purchase. It included some stored value but not much. I bought and additional 2x HK$100 recharge cards. Once you're set up: the deal is:
HK$2 per MB
HK$28 / day MAX cost (no shaping of speed)
HK$298 / Month MAX cost (no shaping of speed)

Only down side is the recharging. To recharge you need to take the SIM out of your USB flash drive and put it in a mobile phone, then call number to recharge, then put the SIM back in your USB. Apart from that it is excellent.

You can even use it to send SMS through your lap top..
